Designer Spotlight: Tammy Connor

6.15.2009

A friend (who is as design obsessed as I am) recently introduced me to designer Tammy Connor. The firm was founded in Charleston in 1999 and now is located here in Birmingham. Here are a few of her projects {and be sure to check our her website for more great images}. .

Wow - what a talent. I have one of these images in my post today and I did not know which designer to credit - so glad I read this post!

She is also incredibly fortunate to have worked with such beautiful architecture - the homes are gorgeous.

I was so about to do a post on her. Her sister-in-law is one of my dear friends! She does great work.

I have now visited her wonderful website, and am in awe. It turns out that she did the interiors on the house on King Rd that I featured a few weeks ago - when the previous owners were there. It is interesting to see how the family room looks now vs. then! The current owners used the same general furniture layout, I notice.

Great highlight! The second to last image of the dining room is always one of my favorites. I love all the windows, the ceiling, and of course the shelf for the bottles.
