To continue yesterday's post from House Beautiful's 'Small Space Issue'- I thought I would post another fabulous house. Quite different from the Small & Rugged, but still just as great. I think I could see myself living here (if I were single and lived in a big city). It wouldn't pass inspection today. My husband despises pink. It's the one color he does not like. I am hoping that he might consider it one day for a little girl's room (if we have one) but I doubt it.

I am a bit surprised with myself by house much I love this look! I mean LOVE it! Maybe in the future when my kids are grown.

This is the house I mentioned yesterday! I really do love it although not sure if I could do it, ever. The pink and blue leather chairs are so stunning.

oh i am going to have to get this issue! small and flirty is like my dream for my condo..though my dad would rather see my on the street than have hot pink walla( I kid, I think)

I didn't read what you said about this post and the last one at first. Just absorbed the pics. Oh. my. goodness. I want to move into that farmhouse! The other space--this brownstone apt--seems so cold to me. I couldn't imagine actually functioning in that space. BUT the farmhouse...I'm in love. Thanks for sharing. And yes, Olexa's is also my absolute favorite Bham lunch stop (and I could eat their cake all day every day). When do you want to go? :) Tonight we are celebrating my little sisters bday and guess where I got the cake???
I know it was quite the amazing house. I kept looking at the pictures over and over thinking how amazing that designer was. I love that it is an all girl household and pink rules! Jon hates pink as well. Drives me mad. I'm going to use it in the florida room, because it will manly be my office. We'll see how it goes.
Small is all I need. I hate those rooms that look like you could do a tumbling run across them.

Pink is a hard sell for most guys which is a shame because it is sooooooooo pretty. Like the first two rooms here. I think you've convinced me to start subscribing to HB! Because I don't get enough magazines, you know. :)
