In honor of my upcoming beach trip (next week)... Here's a house of an Atlanta couple who worked with designer Liz Williams to create a peaceful Amelia Island retreat.

I love the green room! Wow, could I use a trip to the beach (and not the freezing, rocky coast in SF)! I mean a warm beach with sand between my toes!

Love the room with the twin beds! So simple, but so interesting. Feeling a bit of beach envy. Hope your trip is a relaxing one!

oh, I LOVE this! What I find great is the contrast in each room- sometimes bright with white (bedroom linens and ceiling and the vases/pieces in the kitchen/living room/outside), others dark with white (mirrors/headboard in bedroom; chairs/shade in eating room).

have a very lovely trip!

Great house, so airy and clean with the white paint, slips and seagrass in the LR, fun twin bed room and that apple green in the other bedroom is my new fave color!
