Now on to the nursery. I haven't thought much about it but it's starting to creep into my thoughts. Michael and I are not finding out what we are having (people have a hard time believing this) so I'll be designing a gender neutral nursery. I have a feeling that it won't look much different than if I did find out if I was having a boy or girl. I just love a neutral color scheme. The walls will more than likely be Monterey White by BM (to go along with every other wall in my house)- but everything else is up for discussion. If you are a frequent reader of my blog- you know what I like by seeing the photos/houses/etc. that I post. So, I would love any input on anything. If you've seen a baby bed bed or bedding or a chandelier that you think that I would like- please let me know.
I really do need help. I just went to my house file on my computer and opened my nursery folder and had two photos. TWO. Oh my goodness. I need some inspiration! Here is the nursery that I have saved...

Congrats!! I will email you my idea folder pictures.
I'll try to put them in a slideshow/collage for easier viewing!
XOXO-
Big news...so exciting!! Congratulations!!! Your life is about to change in the best possibly way!!
That is so wonderful and so very exciting! Congratulations!!! I hope you are feeling well and will glide right through the remainder of your pregnancy. I'll have to pull a round-up of snapshots together for you. Be sure to check out Cookie Magazine's website if you have a chance. The publication unfortunately closed it's doors, so I don't know how long the site will be up. But they have many home tours on their Nesting Blog that will surely inspire!
All the best- nelya
Congrats, so exciting!!!
Congrats! I love the changing table in the first picture.
I had a gender-neutral room that I just loved- yellows and creams. When the baby was born I added blue curtains and got blue sheets, just enough color to tip the room in a "boy" direction.
I would like to say that I wish I didn't let my parents talk me into getting a white crib when I really wanted a dark wood one. Go with what YOU want during this very special time!
What wonderful news! I know you will create a beautiful nursery.
I can't believe you are already 3 1/2 months! Where does the time go? I will be on the lookout. These 2 pictures are great ones to start with!!!!
Congrats!!
How exciting, a huge congrats to you and your husband!!!
I'm sure whatever design you come up with will be amazing, I cant wait to see more :)
Yea!! Congrats Brooke!! You'll have a cute nursery no matter what. Stick with neutral but if you're going neutral you might as well go white. Key word: bleach. I'll send some of my pictures from my 'nursery file'- looks like it'll be a while until I crack those out! :)

Congrats!! How about this? It's something I've saved in my "imaginary children file" http://www.younghouselove.com/2009/09/reader-redesign-nursery-magic/
Congratulations!! How exciting! I have those same 2 pics in my nursery file, too! I love the idea of a yellow, white, gray and pale blue scheme. It's so posh right now that it would work for boy or girl.
Yay! Congrats:) Those nursery pictures are amazing! I love yellow and the window is too cute.
:)
love you,
mom
congratulations!!!
congratulations!!
so exciting! I'm so glad you aren't finding out, I think that's so fun. I'll look through my things and send over anything I think you'll like. congrats again!
Yay! That is so fun... so when all these people send you your pics either post them or keep them so one day I can ask to see your files :)
Very exciting, congrats! Out of all the things one needs/wants I think the most important is finding a crib company that has not had any recalls.
