*Update- My dad's surgery went well and he was moved to his room. Thanks so much for your thoughts, prayers, and comments... It means a lot to me.
If you are reading this- I would appreciate you saying a little prayer for my dad today. He's having surgery this morning at 7--- he found out in early December that he has prostate cancer. My parents are here in Birmingham for the surgery- so I am thankful to be nearby.

I'll be praying for your family. My father had prostate cancer 3-1/2 years ago, so I'm familiar with what y'all are going through.

Brooke, I will definitely pray for him. My FIL had Prostate Cancer a few years ago and he is doing great now!

My dad was diagnosed just after my son was born almost 7 years ago...he had surgery and they were able to remove all the cancer...He goes every year for checkup and he has been cancer free...so hang in there!!! Will be praying for you all today!!!

Brooklyn...I am so sorry to hear about your dad. Y'all are in my thoughts and prayers.
I so very sorry. You, your family and your father will be in my prayers. My father was diagnosed with prostate cancer 2 years ago. He opted for the seed inplantation therapy and did great. He gets tested every six months now and he's clear. Best wishes!
