Love the vintage feel of this new Alabama lake house kitchen designed by Tracery Interiors. . The combo of the stained walnut legs and white Carrera tops is just beautiful. So are the plank walls, reclaimed wood floors, and open shelves. I could go on and on... .
I love how they pull different elements together to create solid and timeless feel - the stone columns, the ceiling beams, the iron of the chandelier, the plank walls. This is great inspiration. Now if I could only find inspiration for my dresser project...I am going to continue digging on your site because you have such great things to share!
Slightly off subject, did you see the 5 page article in the same F&W about Birmingham? Titled "Is a Top Food City Always a Great Wine Town Too", the conclusion was that our best restaurants have boring wine selections. The writer advised that we should bring our own from Western and pay the $15 corking fee. Ha!
