This is obviously not our house... but I'm loving the way they have this back patio set up!
I've started packing.... though I haven't made much progress. But I have been working on planning Collins' first birthday party. I cannot believe my little mister will turn 1 just two weeks from today. Here is one of my favorite photos from the past couple of weeks. Collins and Tanner watching their Daddy work in the yard.

I am so excited for you and your family to be one step closer to moving into your new house. We are moving into the POS rental as Melissa from Veranda Interiors lovingly calls it while the lake house gets a facelift. I am hoping we will be in the rental for no more than three months. Wishful thinking?

I am planning to do the exact furniture and furniture arrangement from the first picture on my back patio. I am looking for nice teak chairs but shopping around for a good price also. Cannot decide whether to do a coffee table in the middle or a fire bowl. That's one of my favorite inspiration photos that I have had for a long time.
