My mom told me this week... you haven't blogged in awhile. As if I didn't already know that! I just don't know where the time goes!
This is what I've been up to (via my iPhone):
My final three light fixtures from Visual Comfort came in and were installed. Yay for marking those off of my list.
Basil Flush Mount on the Powder Bath Ceiling
*I turned on the lights so you could see the planking on the walls that several of you have asked about
Lantern in the foyer
Bryant Chandelier in the Dining Room (along with the Alabaster Ring lamp that I moved from another location)
And the reasons why my house is empty and not finished.
1. Spending time with my favorite two little boys (which I would pick over any thing, any day)
Playing outside with catepillars
Making Easter happies for Collins' classmates at MMO
(aren't these carrot eggs from the Dollar Tree so cute?)
2. I've also been spending my free time working on projects for some local clients:
3. And since this post is full of random things... Thought I'd show you these baskets that I found at TJ Maxx last week. As you know from this post... you can never have too many baskets:

Yeah for updated house pics! I've been dying to see more!! Love those little carrot favors AND those baskets- I need to get my butt over there and pick up some new baskets for my place. I think its time to do some Spring cleaning :)
Looks so beautiful, Brooke! I added some new VC lights to my house and they are the best! Thanks for the tip on the baskets. Will have to check them out, most likely my store won't have them. Typical. Darling photo of the boys! xo
Brooke it looks so great!!! Love all the details and those little ones, adore! Miss you and our chats!! xx
Your boys are precious! I cannot get over all your cute crafts. Do you print the tags yourself? How do you design them??!!

Awww your boys are adorable! The picture with the centipede is so cute! I love how the house is coming along (beautiful color palette) and that honeycomb pattern for your client is gorgeous.

The hexagon tile is really nice! It takes time to decorate a whole home and you've done so much already. It looks great!
Your house is GORGEOUS, your boys are adorable, and I LOVE baskets.
You had me at "plus some house pics." It's gorgeous and should be featured in a magazine :) Did you take home those baskets?!
It's looking so great! I have to say my house has been the last thing on my mind recently too....that is until now that I'm finally getting solid sleep at night. It's like I wake up and need to start designing again! It's a drug isn't it? (what we do). Can't wait to see more! Keep loving on those babies. And I am very impressed with your Easter craftiness. Have a blessed weekend!

Brooke, I'm seriously obsessed! Love, love, love it all!!
Love it all, Brooke!!! The powder room lighting (and mirror btw) is amazing. Love the planking and the color you picked in there. As for the blogging, I have gotten so busy this Spring with client projects, that posting has taken a back seat too (and I don't have a cute excuse like you for why I've not!). Enjoy your time with them, it goes so quickly!! M.
Beautiful Brooke! I love everything! I have not forgotten you, just prioritizing! Happy Easter!
Good for you for enjoying your children. Decorating and blogging will always be there; children won't. Mine are growing up way too fast!
Happy Easter to you and your little chicks!
Linsey
The bathroom looks amazing and your boys are adorable!
Gotta snuggle the little ones! They grow up so fast.
